About me

I didn’t struggle because I lacked knowledge.

I struggled because knowing wasn’t the problem.

For years, I had the education, the credentials, and the tools — and still found myself stuck in the same cycles so many women experience.

I knew what to eat.
I knew what “should” work.
And yet, following through consistently felt harder than it made sense for it to be.

That disconnect is what changed everything.

It led me to stop asking “What’s the right plan?”
And start asking “Why is this so hard — even when I care?”

I don’t coach from a place of pressure, perfection, or rigid rules.

I coach from an understanding that:

  • Stress changes how we eat
  • Exhaustion lowers follow-through
  • All-or-nothing thinking keeps people stuck
  • Motivation is unreliable — and that’s normal

Instead of pushing harder, we work smarter.

Together, we focus on:

  • Understanding your patterns rather than fighting them
  • Making food choices that support energy and blood sugar
  • Building habits that adapt when life gets busy or stressful
  • Rebuilding trust in yourself through consistent, doable action

Clients often tell me:

  • “I never thought about it that way before.”
  • “I finally feel supported instead of judged.”
  • “This feels doable — even on hard weeks.”

That’s intentional.

You won’t be told to try harder.
You won’t be shamed for struggling.
And you won’t be expected to do everything perfectly.

You will be supported, challenged gently, and guided toward changes that actually last.

I’m a Registered Nurse, Certified Nutritional Practitioner with additional training in health behaviour change and mindset coaching (HMCC L-1).

My background allows me to:

  • Understand the physiological side of nutrition and blood sugar
  • Recognize how stress, sleep, and nervous system load affect habits
  • Coach in a way that’s grounded in both science and real life

But more importantly, I understand what it feels like to care deeply about your health — and still feel stuck.

My coaching is a good fit if:

  • You’re tired of starting over
  • You want sustainable change, not quick fixes
  • You’re open to looking at mindset, stress, and patterns
  • You want support that adapts instead of pressures

If you’re looking for rigid rules or extremes, this likely won’t be the right space — and that’s okay.

You don’t need more discipline.
You don’t need another plan.

You need support that helps you understand why change feels hard — and how to move forward without burning out.

That’s the work I do.
